Siri, show me an example of propaganda.
Ai että laihduttaminen hiilareita rajoittavalla ruokavaliolla ei onnistu, koska ihminen laihtuu sitä enemmän mitä enemmän hän syö tärkkelystä sisältäviä kasviksia!?
The Harvard Gazette reports that reduced consumption of starchy vegetables is associated with less weight gain.
But then irresponsibly adds false information:
"This is the same reason that low-carb diets — often promoted as beneficial to weight loss — don’t work, Wan explained."
Has Dr. Wan not read an entire body of peer-reviewed literature on the effectiveness of low carb diets for weight loss?
If Dr. Wan doesn't like low-carb diets, that's fine, but she shouldn't be spreading misinformation. It reflects poorly on @HarvardHealth
